How it works

Set a watch once, then let RateSleuth do the checking.

  1. 1

    Create a watch

Pick what to track — a resort, an offer, or a Lightning Lane — and set how much of a drop is worth an email.

  2. 2

    We monitor 24/7

RateSleuth checks prices around the clock, so you never have to refresh a booking page again.

  3. 3

Get an email when it matters

When a price actually drops or a new offer appears, you get an email with the details.

The move most people miss: repricing

Disney lets you rebook an existing room reservation when a better rate covers your dates. The catch: you have to know the better rate exists, while inventory lasts. That’s the whole reason RateSleuth exists.

  1. 1You book your trip whenever you like — even at rack rate.
  2. 2RateSleuth watches your dates.
  3. 3A discount drops that covers your stay, and you get an email within minutes.
  4. 4You rebook at the lower rate. Same room, same trip, less money.

Guests have been doing this manually for years. Now it’s automatic.

Questions, answered straight

We watch prices, not your Disney account. Here’s exactly how that works.

Is RateSleuth affiliated with Disney?
No. RateSleuth is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company. We just watch publicly available prices very, very carefully.
Do you need my Disney account?
Never. RateSleuth doesn’t ask for, store, or touch your Disney login. We watch public prices and email you. All booking happens by you, on Disney’s site, in your own account.
Will you book rooms or Lightning Lanes for me?
No — and that’s deliberate. RateSleuth is alerts-only. No bots on your reservation, nothing that puts your account at risk.
How fast are alerts?
Plus members get an email within minutes of a detected change. Free members get a once-daily digest. Every alert shows the time the price was verified.
What if a price changes back before I book?
It happens — discounts have limited inventory. That’s exactly why speed matters, and why every alert links straight to the relevant page so you can check and book immediately.
What if Plus isn’t worth it?
Plus is billed once a year, so if it isn’t earning its keep, email hello@ratesleuth.app within 30 days of the charge — a new subscription or a renewal — and we’ll refund it in full. Your account goes back to the free plan when the refund is issued. We’d rather return the money than keep it from someone who isn’t getting value out of it.
Can you watch passholder and discounted rates?
Publicly announced offers, yes — including annual passholder offers when Disney publishes them. Rates that only appear after logging in with pass entitlements can’t be watched from outside, and we’d rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.
What happens if your monitoring breaks?
Disney changes their site; sometimes trackers break. When ours does, we say so on our status page and in your dashboard rather than quietly missing drops. Watching honestly is the entire product.
